2. The handbook and content

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and the Themis handbook (the "Content"), are owned by Themis AI LTD and protected by copyright and other laws. When you download the handbook, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to read and share it within your own organization. You may not resell, republish, or use the Content to train AI or machine-learning models without our written permission.

3. No professional advice

The Content is provided for general information only. It does not constitute legal, security, or professional advice, and your use of it does not create any advisory relationship. You remain responsible for your own decisions, systems, and compliance obligations.

4. Beta and roadmap features

Features described as beta, upcoming, or roadmap are subject to change and may not become generally available. Nothing on the Site is a commitment to deliver any specific feature or timeline.

5. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party sites or services (such as scheduling tools). We do not control and are not responsible for their content or practices.

6. Disclaimers

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Site will not exceed USD 100.

10. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The courts located in Tel Aviv, Israel will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site.
